When compiling with Clang or GCC, include 3rdParty libraries as system
headers and frameworks (-isystem and -f).
Test-Information:
Tested with Clang on OS X.

Additional fixes:
- applied our Android patch, as it has been applied before
- added and applied a new patch that disables getdefaultgateway()
dummy on the Windows platform
