The dialog will automatically initiate a check for updates
when opened.
It will show the current state of the auto updater backend,
e.g. whether it is downloading or already at the latest
version.
This also fixes update channel selection being shown
on Windows and Linux.
Test-Information:
Ran Swift and opening the dialog shows a short progress bar
indicating it checking for updates. Afterwards it shows that
it is already running the latest version, which is sensible
for a dev build.

If software updates are enabled the about dialog will show
the currently configured update channel and provides a link
to a dialog to change the update channel.
Test-Information:
Builds on macOS 10.12.1, unit tests pass, and dialogs behave
as expected. Did not test Sparkle updating.

The old version cut off the blurred shade at the top and bottom.
The new version has a square page and does not cut off the
blurred shade of the Swift logo used in the image.
Furthermore rendered the SVG to a 192x192 PNG, the exact
dimensions used in the UI, using the `inkscape -e
logo-shaded-text.png -w 192 -h 192 -z logo-shaded-text.svg`
command.
This change also works around QTBUG-46846.
Test-Information:
Verified that the login window of the UI looks nearly the same
as before. It is a bit smaller since the blurred shade is not
cut off anymore.

This change was done by applying the following 'gsed'
replacement calls to all source files:
's/\#include <boost\/shared_ptr\.hpp>/\#include <memory>/g'
's/\#include <boost\/enable_shared_from_this\.hpp>/\#include <memory>/g'
's/\#include <boost\/smart_ptr\/make_shared\.hpp>/\#include <memory>/g'
's/\#include <boost\/make_shared\.hpp>/\#include <memory>/g'
's/\#include <boost\/weak_ptr\.hpp>/\#include <memory>/g'
's/boost::make_shared/std::make_shared/g'
's/boost::dynamic_pointer_cast/std::dynamic_pointer_cast/g'
's/boost::shared_ptr/std::shared_ptr/g'
's/boost::weak_ptr/std::weak_ptr/g'
's/boost::enable_shared_from_this/std::enable_shared_from_this/g'
The remaining issues have been fixed manually.
Test-Information:
Code builds on OS X 10.11.4 and unit tests pass.

certificates.

The task bar in Windows 10 has black as the default color.
The mainly black Swift application icon is hardly visible on
black background. Thus this patch changes the Window icon
on Windows to the default avatar icon in Swift.
Test-Information:
Tested on Windows 8 and Windows 10.

(if any)
This patch implements monitoring for SmartCard ejection. This is done by
periodically (currently every second) polling smart card reader for
the smart card status. If the smart card status becomes "absent" or "unknown"
(an error to query the smartcard), the TLS session is aborted.
This usually results in an attempt to reestablish TLS which will pop up
"please insert the smart card" dialog.

Now connects successfully with or without TLS(with cert)

|
Introduced a new parent class for all certificates with keys
(class CertificateWithKey is the new parent for PKCS12Certificate.)
Switched to using "CertificateWithKey *" instead of "const CertificateWithKey&"
Added calling of a Windows dialog for certificate selection when Schannel
TLS implementation is used.
This compiles, but is not tested.

Release-Notes: It is now possible for sysadmins to deploy files with policies for configuration options, such as making it impossible for users to save passwords or to force sound notifications off, or to set defaults.
Also allow changing an option so that Swift disconnects on idle timeout, instead of going away.
