This includes removing the class QtChatTabsShortcutOnlySubstitute,
passing around QtChatTabs instead of QtChatTabsBase, removing checks
and casts relating to the possible use of either QtChatTabs or
QtChatTabsShortcutOnlySubstitute, checks to see if the splitter
exists as the splitter should now always exist.
Test-Information:
Program still builds and runs fine. Both login and main windows open
and work correctly. Chat tabs open and close without fault. Unit tests
still pass. Removing loginWindowGeometry from the config file causes
no issues.

This patch enables emojis for Linux and Windows. In windows, currently the
emojis are only black and white, due to some inconsistencies in the UI.
For Linux the Noto Colour Emoji font (https://www.google.com/get/noto/) is
used.
The client must be build with Qt 5.6 or newer to support the emoji
characters.
Test-Information:
Tested the changes with Qt 5.8 on Windows 10 and Linux Ubuntu 17.10.
Built and tested the appimage on Ubuntu 17.10 and Ubuntu 16.04.

QtExpandedListView is always high enough to show all entries
in the model. It also correctly hands off scrolling events
to the parent widget for smooth scrolling.
Test-Information:
Tested on macOS 10.13.4 with a well sized roster, that sizing
and scrolling works as expected. Tested with Qt 5.5.1.

This is hidden behind the FUTURE flag, and is not ready for release yet,
but is pretty usable. The three top filters (all/people/rooms) aren't
plumbed in yet, recents need to be reinstated, and a favourites
system would be very desirable.
The code for the existing roster/chatlist is largely unchanged and with
FUTURE disabled behaviour should not have changed. Lots of this code has
now been put inside #ifndef NOT_YET blocks, to make it easy to find
and remove later.
When making this default later, all instances of NOT_YET should be
inspected, unit tests should be added, and use of RECENT should be
inspected - those related to this patch should be removed. Not all
code is behind NOT_YET, so references to the old recents and chat lists
will need to be manually checked and removed.
Test-Information:
Existing unit tests pass. New unit tests have not been added yet, and
need to be before it's removed from FUTURE guards. Firing up Swift with
future enabled shows the new view, and disabled doesn't. In both cases
clicking around various things in the rosters opens the expected chats.

This patch will allow the installer to perform per-user installations that
doesn't require elevated rights. If the Visual Studio prerequisites are
missing, the installer will ask the user if he wants to install them. If
the user chooses not to, the installer will deploy the necessary files in
the installation folder. Installations for all users (per machine) are
still available.
Upon upgrading in per-user installs from previous versions, the user can
still access the settings that were stored in the registry, but
not the settings stored in system-settings.xml.
Test-Information:
Build and tested with Wix3.11, Qt 5.8 and Visual Studio 2015 on Windows
10 and Windows 7.
Tested fresh install and upgrade, for per-machine and
per-user installations.
Tested the vcredist install and the dll deployment when the installation
is not present.
Verified that the installer uses the registry settings in per-user
installations.

Moved the code for day change message handling from
Swift/Controllers to Swift/QtUI. Use QDateTime in local
time time spec, which allows DST aware calculation of the
duration to the next midnight.
Added Swift Qt UI unit tests, which are build when Qt has
been successfully detected.
Test-Information:
Added unit tests for duration to next midnight calculation.
Set clock shortly before midnight and verified that a single
day change message is added to the chat log at midnight.
Tested on macOS 10.12.4 with Qt 5.4.2.

The new highlight logic follows a simpler model. It supports:
* highlighting of whole words in a message
* highlighting messages by sender name
* highlighting if the user’s name is mentioned
Possible actions for these highlights are text colouring,
sound playback of WAV files, and system notifications.
In addition the user can decide to receive sound and system
notification on general incoming direct and group messages.
Redesigned the highlight configuration UI dialog for this new
model.
ChatMessageParser class now deals with all parsing and marking
up the chat message with the matching HighlightActions.
Highlighter class has been extended to deal with all sound
and system notification highlights that should be emitted by
a specified chat message.
Moved some tests over to gtest in the process.
Test-Information:
Tested UI on macOS 10.12.3 with Qt 5.7.1. Manually tested
that correct system notification are emitted on mentions,
keyword highlights and general messages.
Added new unit tests to cover new highlighting behaviour.

The new selector behaves like the old one. However, selection
of an emoji results in the corresponding UTF-8 sequence to be
inserted into the input widget instead of a ASCII emoticon.
The code is based on the Emojione library which is MIT
licensed. Emojione provides a mapping from shortnames to
relevant Unicode codepoint, as well as mappings from textual
emoticons (e.g. ). This commit does not modify the existing
emoticon parser and so does not include any ability to enter
emojis via text entry.
The part of the Emojione library required to generate the mappings
in C++ is included in this patch, specifically the emoji.json
file. It is used to generate a corresponding .cpp file.
Mapping code can be generated as follows:
* cd BuildTools/EmojisGenerator/
* (optional) update emoji.json from
https://github.com/Ranks/emojione/blob/master/emoji.json)
- Version used with this commit: ba845a7
* npm install
* node generate.js
Test-information:
General
* Click the emoji button opens the selector
* Change tab
* Click an emoji and check it appears correctly
* Click outside emoji dialog hides it
Emojis
* Emojis are well printed on macOS with Qt 5.7.1
* Emojis are black/white on Windows 10 with Qt 5.7.1
* Emojis have the right tooltip (when mouse is hover)
* Check emojis are rendered appropriately by the receiving client
Tabs
* Tabs have the right tooltip
* Click an emoji adds to recent tab
* Emojis in the Recent tab are ordered by last click date
(with a maximum of 50 "recent" emojis)
* Recent emojis are saved in the QtSetting under "recentEmojis"

Commit 22ea5735ad1a105a4294b7475aba58646ef3ee8a added a qt.conf
file to the compiled binary resources of Swift which is picked up
by Qt and configures Qt to disable DPI awareness on Windows, as it
is not supported by the Qt WebKit widgets yet.
However, the Mac application bundle also ships with a qt.conf
file which set the correct folders for Qt plugins. This was
overridden by the compiled qt.conf resource file.
This commit only compiles the qt.conf resoruce file require for
Windows on the Windows platform.
Test-Information:
Tested on Windows 10 with 150% scaling that Swift is scaled up
based on the pixel data.
Tested on OS X 10.9.5 that the installation package works again.
