Boost.Signals was deprecated and is not improved further. This patch removes Boost.Signals from 3rdParty and adds Boost.Signals2 and its dependencies. Also removed the Qt signals compatibility file Swiften/Base/boost_bsignals.h. Test-Information: Build and ran unit tests on OS X 10.11.4. Confirmed successful login using Swift client. Building with Boost 1.60 showed a bug in WindowsGSSAPIClientAuthenticator.cpp, passing NULL to a method expecting a const boost::optional reference. Passing a default constructed boost::optional here instead now. Test-Information: Compiles with VS 2015 and Windows 10 and externally built Boost 1.60. This patch uses the GSSAPI authenticator on Windows if the server advertises it and the client requests it. (The user is not able to request it in the UI yet) Also sends the manual port to the GSSAPI authenticator to construct the SPN if a non-default port is used.
