Update 3rdParty lcov to version 1.12
The old version caused errors when running
BuildTools/Coverage/GenerateCoverageResults.sh.
Test-Information:
Successfully ran BuildTools/Coverage/GenerateCoverageResults.sh
on OS X 10.11.4.
