Is there a way to "DOCK" the chat window in windows (so it always 
appears on the right hand side)

Is there a "persistent" notification of a message, ie when you walk away 
and come back how do you know you have a new message?

finally is there anyway was to "interact" with swift through an SDK. IE 
push On Phone/Off Phone status or something similar?
